This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between Simqard LLC, a company incorporated in Wyoming, USA, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 (“Company”, “We”, “Arrive eSIM”), and you (the “User”, “Client”). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the arriveesim.com website and the purchase of digital eSIM services.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

1.1. By accessing our website and purchasing our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.

1.2. Your use of the website constitutes your full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using the website immediately.

2. Device Compatibility and Responsibility

2.1. The Client bears full and sole responsibility for ensuring that their mobile device is compatible with eSIM technology and is not network-locked (SIM-lock).

2.2. Detailed instructions for checking device compatibility are provided on our website. Failure to perform this check prior to purchase does not entitle the Client to a refund.

3. Provision of Services

3.1. Upon successful payment, the digital eSIM (QR code) is generated and made available in the Client’s personal account and sent to the provided email address.

3.2. The service is considered fully delivered at the moment the QR code is made available for viewing or download.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1. No Refunds for Delivered Products: Due to the digital nature of the product, no refunds will be issued once the QR code has been generated and delivered to the Client’s account or email.

4.2. Service Performance: We do not offer refunds for network coverage issues, local carrier outages, or if the user is simply dissatisfied with the service, provided the QR code was successfully delivered.

4.3. Account Balance: Any funds added to the account balance or unused data traffic are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. These funds remain on the account for future use.

4.4. Technical Exceptions: A refund will only be considered if a technical error occurred on the Company’s side, resulting in a successful payment where the Client never received the QR code. Such cases must be reported to our support team for investigation.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All content on this website, including but not limited to the brand name Arrive eSIM, logos, graphic designs, text, and software code, is the exclusive property of Simqard LLC.

5.2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

6. Account Deletion

6.1. Users have the right to delete their personal account at any time through the profile settings.

6.2. Upon account deletion, any remaining data balance or monetary funds are forfeited and will not be compensated or restored.

7. Governing Law

7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
