These Payment Terms govern the financial transactions between Simqard LLC, registered at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“Company”, “We”, “Arrive eSIM”), and the User. By making a purchase on arriveesim.com, you agree to these terms.
1. Payment Processing
1.1. All payments are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment gateway.
1.2. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details. All sensitive data is handled according to Stripe’s security standards (PCI-DSS compliant).
2. Accepted Payment Methods
2.1. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.), as well as mobile payment solutions including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
3. Currency and Conversion
3.1. Prices on the website are primarily displayed in USD. However, Stripe may automatically determine the payment currency (e.g., EUR, GBP, KZT) based on your location and card issuer.
3.2. If a currency conversion occurs, the exchange rate is determined by Stripe or your bank. Arrive eSIM is not responsible for any additional conversion fees charged by your financial institution.
4. Acquiring Fees and Taxes
4.1. Transaction Fees: An acquiring fee (payment processing fee) is added to the base price of the eSIM or top-up. This fee is borne by the Client and will be clearly displayed at the checkout before the final payment is confirmed.
4.2. Taxes: The Client is responsible for any local taxes or duties that may apply in their jurisdiction.
5. Billing and Receipts
5.1. Your card will be charged immediately upon the confirmation of your purchase.
5.2. A digital receipt will be sent to the email address associated with your account after a successful transaction.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
6.1. All disputes regarding payments should first be addressed to our support team.
6.2. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes initiated through your bank may lead to the immediate suspension of your Arrive eSIM account and services without a refund.
